The Green Bay Blizzard remain at No. 1 after improving to 3-0, continuing to set the early standard in the Eastern Conference. The Orlando Pirates move up one spot to No. 2 following their strong start, while the Fishers Freight make the biggest jump of the week, climbing five spots to No. 3 after a statement performance.
The Vegas Knight Hawks remain at No. 4, while the Jacksonville Sharks hold at No. 5. The Arizona Rattlers fall four spots to No. 6 following a tough Week 4 result, with the San Diego Strike Force checking in at No. 7. The Tulsa Oilers move up to No. 8, while the Quad City Steamwheelers drop three spots to No. 9.
