CEDAR RAPIDS: Titans Head Coach Billy Back wants to not only improve the Titans record from a year a go, he is on a mission to bring a championship to Cedar Rapids. Back understands that a championship run takes a strong presence up front. The demonstrated his understanding of how important strong lineman are with the additions of All IFL defensive linemen Walter Thomas and Toni Pulu.

Thomas III standing in at 6'5 340lbs played college ball at Oklahoma State.  Following his college career he signed as a free agent with the New Orleans Saints.

A back-to-back All-IFL selection, Thomas spent the last two season with the Wichita Falls Nighthawks. Appearing in all 16 games for Wichita Falls last season he tallied 27 tackles to go along with 5 sacks.

Pulu (6'4, 285, Texas A&M University-Commerce) appeared in just four games for Wichita Falls in 2017 before being signed by the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League.

Prior to joining the Nighthawks, Pulu earned First Team All-Lone State Conference while at Texas A&M University-Commerce.  As a senior, he registered 60 tackles and 3 sacks.
