Sioux Falls, SD – The Sioux Falls Storm is excited to announce the signings of Rolandan 'Duece' Finch, Robbie Rouse and Lovie Banks-Rose Jr.

Finch (5'10, 215) will be joining the Storm for his third Indoor Football League (IFL) season. During Rolandan's first season with the Storm, he rushed for 281 yards on 40 attempts accumulating five touchdowns. Finch also accrued 54 receiving yards on five attempts. He played his collegiate career at Boston College where he rushed for 1,280 yards and five touchdowns in his career, leading the Eagles in rushing in 2011.

Rouse (5'6, 190) played with the Edmonton Eskimos of the Arena Football League (AFL) during the 2013 season. In 2015, Robbie played with the Nebraska Danger and the Iowa Barnstormers of the Indoor Football League (IFL). He also had a stint with the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). Robbie played collegiately at Fresno State where he is the All-Time leading rusher with 4,647 career yards. He was second in the Mountain West in all-purpose yardage with 1,925 and he ranked 18th nationally with 148.1 all-purpose yards per game, helping him become a First-Team All-Mountain West selection.

Banks-Rose (6'1, 200) played collegiately at Elizabeth City State University. Lovie was the Most Valuable Player of EAC Scout Bowl with three receptions for 98 yards, two punt returns for 98 yards and two touchdowns.

"All three of these guys bring something different to the table which is exciting," stated General Manager Tyler Pederson. "Deuce is a very strong downhill runner and Rouse is very shifty. Lovie is a guy that had to do it all in college and he will add a different dynamic to our offense."
