Fever Make First Four Signings Under New Head Coach

The Tri-Cities Fever would like to announce the signing of Quarterback Hunter Wanket (6'4" 220lbs) from Central Connecticut University, Running Backs Brent Michaels (6'0" 220lbs) from Cal Poly State and DaSean Martin (5'10" 210lbs) from Chowan University, and Defensive Back Boubacar Cissoko (5'9" 185lbs) from the University of Michigan.

Indoor veteran quarterback Hunter Wanket spent last season in the PIFL with the Trenton Freedom. He has spent time in both the PIFL and IFL since 2013 and has won player of the week honors in both leagues. Wanket has put up huge numbers and a great touchdown to interception rate for every team he has played for and is looking forward to joining the Fever for the 2016 season.

Rookie running back Brent Michaels joins the Fever after helping lead Cal Poly to two Big Sky Conference titles. Prior to the Mustangs of Cal Poly, he played for one season for the Air Force Academy. Michaels is from Arizona, and held the state record for rushing yards in a game in high school while at Lake Havasu.

DaSean Martin another rookie running back that will come to camp for the Fever; just finished up his college career at Chowan University. He also played junior college in Arizona at Arizona Western College for two years.

AFL veteran Boubacar Cissoko joins the Fever after playing last season for the New Orleans Voodoo. Cissoko was a top recruit to Michigan and viewed as a shut down corner in college. He has spent time in the AFL on several teams over the years since college, and now joins a young Fever backfield in 2016.
