Titans Add Experience to Defensive Unit

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA: During this off season the Titans have aglomski1dded several weapons to the offense. In building a championship caliber team it takes good talent on both sides of the football. Titans head coach Mark Stoute showed he truly understands that importance of a strong defensive unit Thursday by announcing the addition of three IFL veterans including DB Javon Jackson, DB Cashmin Thomas, and LB Trevor Glomski.

The 6'2, 200lb Jackson is entering his 4th season in the IFL after spending time with both the Titans and Allen Wranglers in 2012. Jovan has won two United Bowl championships with the Billings Outlaws and Sioux Falls Storm. The Southern Utah alum finished with 83 tackles and 5 interceptions in 2012.

Thomas is entering his fifth season in the IFL after spending the 2012 season with the Everett Raptors. The former first team IFL defensive back stands in at 5'9, 190lbs. Cashmin appeared in 11 games for the Raptors in 2012 finishing with 44 tackles and 4 interceptions. He played college football at West Texas A&M where he was an All American and ranked #7 in the nation at his position.

Glomski spent the 2012 IFL season as a rookie with the Green Bay Blizzard. The 6'1 240lb linebacker completed his college football career at Concordia University in St Paul, MN.

The Titans begin their 2nd season in the IFL at Mediacom Field inside the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena February 7th in a pre season game against the Green Bay Blizzard.
