DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: James Calhoun (DB, Cedar Rapids Titans)
The Cedar Rapids fell to the Sioux Falls Storm 56-45 in Week 13, however the Titans and DB James Calhoun held the Storm to the team's lowest passing yards total of the season. Coming off being named Week 12 IFL Defensive Player of the Week, Calhoun (5'11, Riverside City College) repeated his performance in Week 13. Late in the first half, Calhoun jumped in front of a Storm pass and returned it 27 yards for a touchdown. The interception for a touchdown is Calhoun's second in as many weeks. In addition to his defensive touchdown, Calhoun was all over the field against the Storm tying an IFL season-high with 14 tackles. Calhoun and the Titans have a bye week in Week 15 before hosting the Nebraska Danger on June 2.
