SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Marcus Barnett (KR, Cedar Rapids Titans)

The Cedar Rapids Titans fell to the Wichita Falls Nighthawks 81-52 in Week 9, however they did something they have been unable to do all season: score quickly. KR Marcus Barnett (6'1,185, Cincinnati) got the Titans off to an incredible start against the Nighthawks as he returned the game's opening kickoff 46 yards for a touchdown to give the Titans the early lead. Barnett then proceeded to contribute on all aspects on the offense as he threw for two touchdowns and rushed for 39 yards. Barnett finished his night with 8 returns for 158 yards, a kickoff return for a touchdown, three rushes for 39 yards, 17 passing yards and two passing touchdowns. The Titans host the Iowa Barnstormers in Week 10 in a rematch of the "Iowa Bowl"
