Robert Loving is the second Commissioner in IFL history. After serving as Interim Commissioner for the majority of the 2012 season, the IFL's Board of Directors voted unanimously to induct Loving as the second Commissioner in IFL history at the 2012 Annual League Meetings. Loving served as the IFL's Asst. Commissioner before becoming the league's Interim Commissioner. AsĀ  Commissioner, Loving oversees all aspects of the IFL's administration and finances. His responsibilities include the day-to-day communication with the IFL teams and directors, budgeting, expansion, and overall well-being of the League.Loving is a graduate of J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, the Administrative Officers Management Program at North Carolina State University, and the Professional Executive Leadership School at the University of Richmond. Loving retired from the Henrico County, VA Police Department where he served 28 years, including various supervisory and command positions.Loving and his wife Linda have been married 39 years. They have two sons, a daughter, and two grandchildren.

Allshouse brings a wealth of football operations knowledge to the IFL. His days are spent in communication with coaches and players as he ensures the proper recording of player rosters and transactions. In addition, Allshouse handles any compliance issues that may arise to ensure fair and balanced play throughout the League.Allshouse earned his Master's Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University's Center for Sport Leadership graduate program. In his down time, he enjoys being active in sports, going to movies, and spending time with friends, family, and English Bulldog, Brewzer.

Tom Falcinelli has twenty five years of officiating experience, to include NCAA, arena, and the National Football League. He recently was the Director of Officials for the AIFA, until the league ceased operations in 2010. Tom is a Sergeant with the Montgomery County, MD Police Department (27 years) and an attorney with Bay and Falcinelli (25 years). He lives in Maryland.
