Michael Allshouse is the third Commissioner in the IFL's history.  No stranger to the IFL, Allshouse is entering his 6th season as a leadership official within the IFL League Office.  Joining the IFL in 2009, Allshouse has grown within the organization, previously holding the positions of Director of Communication, Director of Football Operations, and Assistant Commissioner.  As Commissioner, Allshouse oversees all aspects of the IFL's administration and day-to-day business activities.  Allshouse is a proud alumni of James Madison University where earned two degress (BBA Business Management / BS Sports Management) and was a member of the school's 2004 Division 1AA National Championship Football Team.  He also holds a Masters Degree in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. Allshouse and his fiancé Amanda enjoy being active in sports and spending time with friends and family.

Mike McCoy is entering his 2nd season as Director of Business Developement at the IFL.  In addition to his duties with the IFL, McCoy also serves as the General Manager of the Nebraska Danger.  Under his guidance, the Danger have lead the IFL in attendance in three of the last four seasons, averaging over 5,000 fans per game. McCoy's IFL duties focus on growing the business model of the IFL and heading the League's expansion prcoess. McCoy graduated from Southwestern College, where his playing career led to a tryout with the Dallas Cowboys.  He also holds a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from the University of Kansas.  McCoy and his wife Anne have five children and four grandchildren.

Director of Officiating

Tom Falcinelli is entering his third season as Director of Officiating.  Falcinelli brings 25+ years of officiating experience to the IFL, including time spent with the NCAA, arena, and the National Football League.  He recently was the Director of Officials for the AIFA, until the league ceased operations in 2010.  Tom is a Sergeant with the Montgomery County, MD Police Department (30 years) and an attorney with Bay and Falcinelli (28 years).  He lives in Maryland.

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Loving is the League's Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Joining the IFL in 2009, Loving brings a wealth of knowledge to the IFL having served as IFL Commissioner during the 2012 and 2013 seasons.  Loving is a graduate of J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, the Administrative Officers Management Program at North Carolina State University, and the Professional Executive Leadership School at the University of Richmond. Loving retired from the Henrico County, VA Police Department where he served 28 years, including various supervisory and command positions.  Loving and his wife Linda have two sons, a daughter, and two grandchildren.
